I Got A Big Deep Cut On Leg From A

I got a big deep cut on leg from a metal
I got 4 stitches on that part
I got dressing of the wound in alternate days
On the 6 th day there formed a little pus around the wound
The stitches r expected to be removed on 8th day
Although the doctor gave antibiotics now n said not to worry
I m worried
What to do?
Please help
