I Got A Bite From A Tick Years Ago In

I got a bite from a tick years ago in my pube area and threw out the years it has turned in into a big black mole or that's what it looks like, what is it and how the heck do I get rid of it, I tryed picking at it but its to big and hurts when I try, is it a infected hair, plz help
