I Got A Bite Of Some Kind About 3 Days

I got a bite of some kind about 3 days ago and it didn't really itch. It was red and a circle about the size of a penny. Wasn't raised too much. I couldn't find a bite mark. But thought maybe it was a spider. And then 2 days after the bite I got a really bad sore throat. It hurt to swallow. I still have it..this is the second day. I also have small bumps like a rash behind my ears. Could the sore throat and rash be a symptom of the spider bite?
