I Got A Bout 4 Shots Of A Steroid In

I got a bout 4 shots of a steroid in my shoulders to reduce knots and tightness last Friday, It has been increasingly difficult to keep my thoughts together and i have the shakes or jitters pretty bad, My skin is so flushed it feels like it has been burned on my face. How can I counter this? The doctor said the relief from the shots should last about 6 week but I can't deal with these side affect for 5 more weeks. Can you help suggest something PLEASE.......................
