I Got A Concussion 9 Weeks Ago. Still Have Slight

I got a concussion 9 weeks ago. Still have slight headaches 24/7. I did about 5 minutes of resistance training last week and my head is still pounding from that. All I am doing now is just work and school. I have been getting back/neck/head massages as its been fairly stiff lately. Is there anything else I should be doing? Starting to get frustrated. My sleeping patterns are all sideways too. I will be completely exhausted but not fall asleep until 3am.
