I Got A Concussion At Work From A Big Metal

I got a concussion at work from a big metal bar hitting my head. I had a deep cut and had to get a staple in my head. Its been 30 days. I have never suffered from allergies before. But ever since a few days after the accident ive been sneezing like crazy and stuffy/ runny nose. Itchy ear and itchy throat sometimes. Always on the same side of my head as the injury is on. What is the problem. I cant handle this
