I Got A Concussion Two Weeks Ago And I Am

I got a concussion two weeks ago and I am still experiencing headaches and tiredness. Today I started to get a ringing in my ear and my eye has been twitching a lot which is not normal for me. Could this be related to the head injury and is it serious?
