I Got A Couple Of Rubbery Pea Size Lumps One

I got a couple of rubbery pea size lumps one right above my Adams apple and one in front of my left ear a couple on both sides of my neck a couple others as well how can I tell if there scared lymph nodes or cancer I do have a lot of bad teeth I've been getting fixed
