I Got A Cut Or A Scrape In My Lips

I got a cut or a scrape in my lips months ago, i don't know if maybe one of the panties i wore irritated me or i got irritated while having sex or i scrape myself shaving. I'm not really sure. The things is the scrape hasnt healed and like i said its been months. i've put hydrocortisone, slept naked, ive stopped shaving but then it would itch, when i shaved again it wouldnt itch but it would sting like crazy then it would seemed healed and start bothering me again 2 days later and thats how it's been and its driving me crazy. I got tested 2 months ago for any STD's and I'm clean so what can I do so this heals ?
