I Got A Full Mouth Extraction (25 Teeth Pulled), 11

I got a full mouth extraction (25 teeth pulled), 11 days later I'm still in a great amount of pain. I was refused painkillers at the ER and my dentist prescribed me weaker pain meds (Tylenol& codeine) where I was taking 2 Percocet to be out of pain. What I your professional opinion on what I should do. I really do need help
