I Got A Got Maybe A Week Ago From Kicking

I got a got maybe a week ago from kicking a door with a glass window...my foot broke through. A few minutes later I Walked up the stairs and realized my foot had about a inch long cut it wouldnt stop bleeding it was really deep, the whole foot was swollen, now the cut is healed but around the cut its tender and swollen. what should i do?
