I Got A Health Check Done To Buy A Life

I got a health check done to buy a life insurance policy. The TMT ECG report says negative for provocable myocardinal ischemia.

The insurance company has asked me for extra premium mentioning adverse TMT ECG report. This is causing me a lot of worry. Could you tell me , if I need to see a cardiologist?
