I Got A Lump About 4 Inches Away From My

I got a lump about 4 inches away from my belly button. It doesn't hurt or anything, it has been there for a while now and it's starting to grow. I'm beginning to feel nauseous a lot more. I'm gonna get it looked at on my next day off,was hoping someone had some insight on to what I might be
