I got a new Fitbit charge HR and I have been noticing that my heart rate ranges from 51 to 53 when resting. I am 35, take no medications, have no symptoms, and I have been getting daily moderate exercise (power yoga, cardio machines, zumba) for the past 8 years. However, while i have a decent fitness level, I am no athlete (my bmi is 30 and my blood pressure has been around 128/78). Is there any chance this lower resting heart rate could be healthy?
