I Got A Piercing On The Upper Part Of My

I got a piercing on the upper part of my ear and everything was fine, then a couple days ago a bump showed up like a pimple looking thing, and then today it started bleeding && when I took the piercing out, it looked like it was trying too "eat" the piercing because it left kind of a weird bumpy whole, what do I do.?
