I Got A Really Bad Flu A Few Months Back

I got a really bad flu a few months back and developed what looks like oral thrush...it has not gone away and now my tongue hurts like burned sensation and worst is my back of tongue papillae is really enlarged? Help...what might it be....I also have gotten these white lesion type lines that come and go on the tip of my tongue
