I Got A Serve Cramp In Both Legs Yesterday That

I got a serve cramp in both legs yesterday that lasted hours .. my toes and cross over on top of each other .. today and tonight my legs are still in pain and backs of my knees .. I also now have some pains.in my arms ..needle like pain and pain in left breast ....
