I Got A Shot Of B12 And Was Taking Cypero

I got a shot of B12 and was taking cypero at the start of the month ever since my arm near the injection site, the elbow and down my hand at times has hurt. I have a hard time taking my shirt off or doing certain moments. What do you think it could be?
