I Got A Small Quarter Sized Rash On My Wrist

I got a small quarter sized rash on my wrist after traveling two months ago. It has not grown or changed much since and I assumed it was some form of excima or the like. It does itch. Now I noticed the last few days I have deep wrinkles going up and down my forearm that do not go away. I will go to the doctors as soon as possible. but until then, does this sound like anything in perticular.
