I Got A T12 Compression Fracture, No Surgery Needed I

I got a t12 compression fracture, no surgery needed I just had to wear a brace. I want to know if I will be able to do everything I used to normally and if I will have any future problems as I get older. My doctor says everything will be fine and i will make a full rcovery but how can i make a full recovery if my t12 vertabrae is not like the rest of my vertabrae on my spine. I'm going 37 now and have two active boys who like to rough house and wrestle with me. Right now I can't do that but want to be able to still do the things we like. I don't know I have my doubts when the doctor says I will make a full recovery because as of right now my back hurts. Granted I got the injury in March of this year and it's only August but I still can't help but wonder.
