I Got A Vasectomy, And My New Wife Is Wanting

I got a vasectomy, and my new wife is wanting to have kids. She says we can do it via surrogate (her egg, my sperm). I'm curious if I have to get a reverse vasectomy to get viable sperm for this, or is there another way for a doctor to get sperm that is able to fertozilie an egg from me without the surgery (reverse vasectomy) ?
