I Got All Four Of My Wisdom Teeth Removed Friday,

I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed Friday, and today is Tuesday, I have a milky white coating in my tongue, and it thins out while brushing, but comes back throughout the day. my jaw is too stiff and my cheeks are much too swollen to get my tooth brush far enough back to get my whole tongue clean. I have barely drank or ate these last few days.. My mouth smells awful. What do I do? What could this be?
