I Got An Abscess Tooth Removed Today And I'm Currently

I got an abscess tooth removed today and I'm currently still on my antibiotics, as well I may be taking IB profane as prescribed later on. So I'm wondering if smoking weed would be an issue. I know you can't smoke cigarettes and I don't want to, but I'm curious about whether or not weed can be smoked? If I can't right now, why exactly can't I? and when would any form of smoking be allowed again? (I know it's not recommended in general for life, but when is it "safe/allowed" again?
