I Got An Electrical Shock Almost 45 Minutes Ago. It

I got an electrical shock almost 45 minutes ago. It was pretty strong. The shocked went through my left hand,through my arm, thebleft side of my neck and it on the left side of my head. As tome has elapsed, the numbness and tingling has traveled to other areas on my left side. My heart has random bursts of "aching" the longer it has been since the initial shock. Is this normal?
