I Got Attacked Three Weeks Ago And Had 4 People

I got attacked three weeks ago and had 4 people all kicking me. I ended up with a broken wrist and a large lump in the middle of my forehead which is still there I am getter really bad headaches which I didn't get before can you tell me how long lumps usually last and what might be the cause of my headaches please thank you.
