I Got Back From A Vacation In Mexico On 5/17/16.

I got back from a vacation in Mexico on 5/17/16. I had a headache for 3 days and rapid pulse up to 100 beats per minute. Then Since 5/20/16 I've had a constant pain in chest around heart, stomach pains and gnawing sensation, lots of gas and today I got a pimple. I am female 56 in good health 125 lbs, 5'6''. No medications no diseases
