I Got Bell's Palsy In 9th Month Of My Pregnancy,

I got bell's palsy in 9th month of my pregnancy, as on today it's 5 months completed, symptoms were unbearable pain in ears and morning woke up with bell's palsy. Had taken dose of steroids and acyclovir. Still there is deviation under lips smile is deviated and developed synkinesis when I smile eyes get small even yawning affected eye gets close, pucker eye gets close involuntary movement in cheek area whenever I close eyes it pulls my cheek up. While having food I get tears in affected eye. This all symptoms have made it tough for me to talk openly or smile even scared of clicking pics. Please help if there is any treatment acupuncture is not possible here I m taking vitamin b complex already plz suggest.
