I Got Bit By A Bug Last Night It Felt

I got bit by a bug last night it felt like a bee sting now I noticed a dark red purplish mark similar to a hickey on my shoulder where I was bit and it hurts/burns and is itchy and numb in the middle with some swelling? Should I be concerned that the mark is getting bigger and it's hurting?
