I Got Bit By A Tick Yesterday At My Belt

I got bit by a tick yesterday at my belt line. This afternoon I started getting an itchy rash under my arms and at the tops of my thighs on the inside of my legs. No neck or joint stiffness or fever. I feel fine just want to scratch real bad. Do you thinks this is from the bite? I have no allergies that I know of.
