I Got Bit Multiple Times, Possibly Noseeums As There Were

I got bit multiple times, possibly noseeums as there were 14 bites on my outer upper left arm and 9 on my right. Many are finally gone but I still have 7 on the left and 5 on the right that still itch and are still raised. I have tried anti itch creams and Neosporin and they are somewhat better but still itch. What should I be using?
