I Got Bit On My Thigh By A Dog Who

I got bit on my thigh by a dog who has all of his shots up to date, he got pretty deep but not bad enough that I was loosing blood or anything just like a couple pokes. But now my joints are sore and my calf below my thigh is hurting/numb. What could that mean? It's been about 5 days since the incident.
