I Got Bitten (but Not Exactly) By A Dog With

I got bitten (but not exactly) by a dog with no record of anti-rabies shots. It did not bleed or pierce the skin. In fact it's a small mark; however, I panicked. I washed my wrist and started to pinch the bit mark really hard and that's when the mark became visible. It did not bleed however I can see a red dot already. Am I at risk?
