I Got Bitten By An Insect Last Monday Near My

I got bitten by an insect last Monday near my eye and it swelled up and I fixed it with ibprfin nand rubbing acohol and ice and so on so now my swelling has gone away however my right gland is hurting and it is sometimes difficult swallowing when I eat or drink could this still be from the insect bite a reaction of some sort what should I do ?
