I Got Bump On My Left Side Of Left Knee

I got bump on my left side of left knee after a gym.. In that session i run fast on trademill... I went to local doctor also he told me their is nothing to worry its normal he called it some bakrlite(like that i dnt know the proper spelling) .bump is painless and it seems like their is liquid inside... Can u tell me what is that ..!!!
