I Got Burn On My Upper Lips From Hot Wax

I got burn on my upper lips from hot wax while doing upper lips waxing, which i didnt notice at the same time. but later on i found my becoming dry and then Applied ice at night and boroline. In the morning , i blacky layer of skin on that burnt portion and then applied ice and silverex cream.

Is there anything to worry about,
