I Got Close With My Bf On 23rd November 15

I got close with my bf on 23rd November 15 and also took the pill clear 72 on 24th night. My periods usually come at the month start, but in november it came at the month start also and also on 27th november 15. My monthly cycle didn't come in december and also not in january. I also took the pregnancy test 2 times ( 1st on 5th jan 16 & 2nd on 23rd jan 16 but it was negative. What should I do now??
