I Got Done My Medical For Getting Into Aviation Industry,

I got done my medical for getting into aviation industry, but they rejected my medical because when doctor has performed my ecg first time then my pulse rate was 128 and when he performed it after 30 min then my heart rate was 96, as 96 heart rate is not correct?
