I Got Fingered Yesterday And I Realised That Afterwards There

I got fingered yesterday and I realised that afterwards there was a lot of blood everywhere. It then bled for a very long time but turned more brown than red in my underwear. I don't think it's my period because it happened as I was getting fingered, is this my cherry being popped? Or something serious?
