I Got Four Shots In My Upper Left Arm Yesterday

I got four shots in my upper left arm yesterday flu,whooping cough,tetanus and pneumonia shot. Today my arm is so sore I can't hardly raise it and it is red swollen burns like cigarette burns. Now I have spots moving lower on my arm and around my arm and they are kind of like blisters but they burn to touch.
