I Got Four Wisdom Teeth Pulled Out Exactly A Week

I got four wisdom teeth pulled out exactly a week ago and I was invited to go tubing with some friends tomorrow. Should I go or is it dangerous?
It should be around -8oc outside tomorrow. And I really want to go, I'm just scared of something happening and wanted some expert advice. Thank you.
