I Got Hit By A Car And Was Thrown Into

I got hit by a car and was thrown into the air. I landed on my stomach and my shoulder bone hurt. That was 5 days ago. The night of the accident, area around my shoulder hurt and it swelled. At night, the pain is really strong and in the daytime in the last few days my upper arm hurts. I think the pain is more now than during the first days. I can't lift my arm above my head or to the side. I can only it a few inches up and to the side. I am certain my bone is not broken. I am not sure if I have a fracture. Can you give me a diagnosis?
