I Got Hit Extremely Hard On My Calf Right On

I got hit extremely hard on my calf right on the bone in front. It's not really bruised much but there is a hard swollen lump that's really painful. It hurts really bad to walk and is still pretty painful just by itself. I don't think it's broken but what could be wrong?
