I Got Hit In Nose While Boxing, Did Not Pay

I got hit in nose while boxing, did not pay attention and continued working out. Tiny part between my nose and eye is black. I have no headache, part where I got hit is little bit swelled. Don't know about vomiting but my stomach doesn't function well. Do I have concussion of the brain?
