I Got Hit In The Head Today By The End

I got hit in the head today by the end of a bungee cord coming loose under pressure. It hit the right side of my forehead and cut the skin. I experienced missing vision in the lower left site of my right eye. It cleared up but has returned again. Should I get this checked?
