I Got Hit On My Nose. After Icing It For

I got hit on my nose. After icing it for over an hour 20 minutes of a break within that hour. I got a headache?and on one side of my nose its hard to breath out of. no bruising, no swelling, just painful when touched.
is it something I should worry about?
