I Got Hit On My Shin By A Really Hard

I got hit on my shin by a really hard hit softball 6 days ago. The area swelled up immediately. A couple days later my groin and inner thigh have a sharp pain when I walk or are touched just the slightest. Now the pain is extending down to my calf. I am wondering if getting hit caused a blood clot.
