I Got Hit On The Ear Hard And It Was

I got hit on the ear hard and it was ringing for a few seconds...I saw stars but was only momentarily disoriented...but I noticed blood by the ear so I cleaned it with a cotton bud only to discover that the blood just came back....theres no cuts. Just extremely sensitive and it feels as if the blood is stuck blocking my ear(like when water gets stuck in ur ear). . . My head is starting to hurt a little....and im very concerned....what can I do to treat it for this moment
