I Got Hit On The Left Side Of My Head

I got hit on the left side of my head by a roof truss yesterday, it tore a chunk of my ear off. Today My ear is swollen, purple and black in color, feels like its plugged, migraine like headache more on that side, pain from my ear goes into my eye if I push on my eye its a lot worse, been vomiting, lightheaded and dizzy, feelings like Im going to faint. Can you please tell me if something bad could be going on and if I should go in and see a doctor? Thank you
