I Got Hit On The Pelvic Bone Probably About 2

I got hit on the pelvic bone probably about 2 months ago. Now when I walk long distances by whole pelvic area is sore and it permeates to my legs and back making it really hard to walk. I got a pelvic ultra sound and they didn't see anything. Should I go get further testing or will it heal on its own
