I Got Home From Work And Looked In The Mirror

I got home from work and looked in the mirror and saw that I have a black eye (right eye bottom inside corner).
I am on blood thinners for a heart condition, I had a nosebleed today (same side) and a headache on my way home. what could be the cause of this?
